Instructor Practice Intensive III:
Sun 73 Competition Form

To be able to demonstrate the warm up exercise and how to practice Tai Chi safely. 
Students familiar with the movements of the Sun 73 competition form will have the opportunity to practice and revise in order to reach greater depth in their Tai Chi.    
         
Breath, Balance, Internal Power and Qigong will be focused on.
Techniques for both teaching and learning will be shared. 

The Essential Principles of Tai Chi will be applied. Focusing on alignment and mental  quietness. To experience there is more to Tai Chi than performing movements. Begin to develop an understanding of the health benefits to motivate learning and continued practice. To be able to receive a correction as gift. 

To refine the external and internal components of Tai Chi, using your mind, enhancing the flow of the Qi and sinking it to the Dan-tian. The presence of these qualities is certainly  felt when watching a practitioner with depth perform.    

Foundation in the basic principles for fluid forms and movement to enhance the health benefits, and to feel the flow of Qi, our inner force.
